Wynn Palace
Prior to Satchell’s formation, S&A’s Managing Director, David Satchell, led the podium structural design of Wynn’s flagship property in Macau. Opened in August 2016, Wynn Palace sets a new standard in luxury hospitality. Satchell continues to have a role servicing the ongoing developments at the property.
Cam Ranh Flowers Resort
In partnership with ICE, Satchell has led the structural engineering design of this unique hotel tower on the white sands of Cam Ranh. The design includes a dramatic cantilevered Ballroom.
The Premier Sebel, Phu Quoc
The first collaboration between Indochine and
Satchell was for the structural design of this
luxury, 5-star resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam
which is due to be complete in early 2019.
Manor Central Park
Satchell, in partnership with Indochine Engineering, has been contracted to provide the Concept and Schematic Design of this 35 storey residential development in the Manor Central Park, Hanoi. The development is being undertaken by a leading Vietnamese developer, Bitexco.

Forensic Engineering
Satchell’s Managing Director, David Satchell, acts as an Expert Witness specialising in structural design including recent arbitral disputes on two major construction projects in Mongolia and Dubai.
Satchell provides forensic engineering review of structures, such as of recent damage in Macau following Typhoon Hato in August 2017 and an MTR pedestrian tunnel in Hong Kong.
